I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I liked that there was a garage available for parking my car. The location was good, although it was a bit far from the city center , but taxis were easily accessible. The room was cozy, with comfortable beds, and it was equipped with an iron and a hair dryer. Additionally, the TV had many channels, and there was a Jacuzzi available for guests to use. it was a nice place to stay.

Too far from center. Hotel include some rooms on the 5 floor in ordinal city house with flat. It hasn't kitchen or own restaurant - only room with beds and bathroom.

I had a great stay at Car - Royal Apartments. The location was perfect, with plenty of coffee places and bakeries nearby. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, particularly Milena who went above and beyond to make sure I had a fantastic time in Novi Sad. The apartment was cozy and the beds were comfortable. I also appreciated the availability of an iron and hair dryer. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Bathroom was not a big but with sauna and that worked perfectly in those cold days. Wi-fi is available in hotel without any extra charge. Room (single bed) was a really nice.

Hotel is not in a centre of the city and when you arrive there is no a clear sign that will indicate a hotel. There should be a bigger sign how to get to the reception.

Service was excellent. They provide cold and hot water all the time. It is quiet and peacefull, on a walking distance of the citycentre. And safety is guaranteed, with a safe garage!

The location of the hotel is great as it is within walking distance to many attractions. the staff are friendly and accommodating. the beds are comfortable and provide a good sleep. the hotel provides good facilities such as unlimited mineral water supply and free parking.

The lack of hot water in the rooms is a major issue that needs immediate attention.

We enjoyed our romantic escape and the hotel was perfect for our needs. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the kitchenette and the fact that there was a mini-fridge to store our drinks.

The facilities were outdated and the central heating was not very effective. , the shower cabin was quite small and the bathroom could use some updating.

The hotel is nice. The rooms are big, clean and nicely furnished. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only negative point is that it's not very close to the city center, but one can find a lot of nice restaurants around the hotel.
